This position will assist in the design, development, and implementation of software applications. You will serve as a member of a product team or as an individual contributor as assigned. When assigned, provide project management, prepare project plans to ensure objectives are met on time and within cost. Evaluate performance of product team and report performance to management. Perform application development tasks including: working with users to define system requirements, designing applications to meet user needs, translating logic diagrams into program statements, installing and implementing vendor packages, and conducting research in emerging technologies. You will be expected to design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions. Assist in mentoring, training, and orientation of other staff and business users as needed. This position will require a proficiency in programming languages, software design and development best practices, and QA testing.
